When you're rolling out new platforms or working with outside vendors, I act as your partner on the inside. I represent your goals, your priorities, and your standards — making sure nothing gets lost in translation. Whether it's managing vendors, guiding internal teams, or keeping projects on track, I make sure your firm stays in control of the outcome. You focus on the big picture — I handle the details to get it done right.

Client-Side Implementation Leadership.

I represent you.

01 — Program Management

Programs are long-term and multi-phased efforts. Program Management is the strategic oversight and execution of complex technology initiatives within private equity firms and/or portfolio companies. It includes leading multiple work streams for digital transformation, system integrations, and operational tech builds that align with investment objectives and value creation plans. The Program Manager creates roadmaps to form a vision of the plan by bridging business and technology.

02 — Project Management & PMO

Projects have a defined scope with start and end dates. Project Management is hands-on planning and delivery of defined technology initiatives that support private equity operations. This includes managing stakeholder communications, timelines, budgets, vendors, and cross-functional teams to implement systems such as CRMs, portfolio management platform, investor portals, security initiatives, or enterprise productivity tools. Effective project management ensures execution aligns with the firm’s strategic goals and accelerates time to value

03 — Product Management

Established platforms that require a single point of contact and ongoing management need product management. Product managers define the product roadmap, prioritize features, and collaborate across tech and business teams to ensure solutions meet user needs and drive strategic value. In the PE context, product management bridges investment priorities with scalable, user-centered technology. There is no end date for product management.

04 — Business Requirement Definitions

Capturing and translating business needs into clear, actionable technology requirements — often for investor services, fund operations, or portfolio management. This includes mapping current-state workflows, identifying gaps, and designing future-state processes to support scalable and efficient operations.

05 — Software QA Testing Management

The process of validating that technology solutions — whether built in-house or by vendors — meet business requirements, perform reliably, and scale securely. In the private equity context, QA ensures investor portals, data platforms, and operational systems function as intended before going live. This includes test planning, execution, bug tracking, and user acceptance testing (UAT) to reduce risk and protect the firm’s reputation.

06 — Vendor Selection & Management

The evaluation and selection of third-party technology solutions that align with a firm’s operational goals or portfolio needs. This includes assessing your firms requirements and matching against the vendors for functionality, scalability, security, and cost, while managing demos, RFPs, and stakeholder input. In the PE space, smart vendor selection accelerates time to value, minimizes integration risk, and ensures tech investments support growth.

07 — IT Organizational Design & Training

Designing and evolving the IT function to align with a firm’s growth and delivery needs. This includes defining org structure, roles, governance models, and delivery workflows (e.g., agile, project, or product-based). Training ensures teams and stakeholders adopt new systems and processes effectively. In private equity environments, this work enables scalable execution, improved cross-functional alignment, and accelerated value realization across the firm or portfolio.
